- A vehicle will be advertised for a maximum period of 60 (2 months) days.
- The dealer must un-list the vehicle from the website once the vehicle has been sold.
- Prices of vehicles are subject to change without notice.

or consequential loss, damage or inconvenience whatsoever or however caused to any
Advertiser or User of the website, as a consequence of any failure on behalf of Liquid8 Internet Pty (Ltd) or any of its employees, agents, representatives or contractors to fulfil any
of its obligations in terms hereof or as a consequence of any errors or omissions
in any advertisement and further, Liquid8 Internet Pty
(Ltd) is hereby indemnified against any such loss,
damage or inconvenience occasioned to Advertisers and/or any of its employees, agents
and/or any third parties in this regard.
