How does the www.yourprivatedeal.co.za assist me in selling
my vehicle? |
- Every person wishing to register his/her vehicle on the www.yourprivatedeal.co.za
website must register in one of three ways:
- Register on the website
by clicking on the “Register” button above and completing the online registration
form.
- Select one of the Absa approved
Sales Facilitator near you by clicking on the “Find a Sales Facilitator”
button above, or contact our call centre on: 0861 227 277
to advise you on your nearest Sales Facilitator. The Absa approved Sales Facilitator
will help you with the registration process.
- Contact our call centre on: 0861 227 277 to assist
you with the registration process.
- Once registered, your vehicle will be uploaded to the www.yourprivatedeal.co.za
website by your Sales Facilitator where it will now be visible to the public.
- If someone is interested in your vehicle, a test drive will be arranged with you
by your Sales Facilitator. We all know it can be very dangerous to allow a total
stranger into your resedence so that they can test drive your vehicle. From a safety
point of view it is just not worth the risk. The same holds true for a potential
buyer who may find themselves, driving around in an unfamiliar area, trying to find
your residential address.
- If someone would like to purchase your vehicle, the transaction will be facilitated
by your Sales Facilitator.
- Once your vehicle has been sold, it will be removed from the website by your Sales
Facilitator. Your user account will remain active on the www.yourprivatedeal.co.za
website should you wish to sell another vehicle via this website in future.

What can I do on the website once I have been regsitered? |
Every user registered on the www.yourprivatedeal.co.za will
receive a unique username and password with which they can use to
login to the website by clicking on the “Login”
button at the top of your screen. This will allow you to do the following:
- View your Sales Facilitator details.
- Change your registration details.
- View the vehicle/s uploaded onto your profile, as well as the number of hits (people
who have shown interest) on your vehicle.
- Choose a different Sales Facilitator (Please Note: If you choose a new Sales Facilitator,
your vehicle will have to be reloaded onto the www.yourprivatedeal.co.za
website by your new Sales Facilitator)
